We went there for one night, and without asking for anything we were upgraded to a junior suite, the staff are at the top pleasant and smiling. We stayed with the family for a few days at the Auberge de Cassagne in August: everything was excellent! The service is just perfect, the attentive staff remembers you and what makes you happy and goes out of their way to make sure everyone is satisfied. Children are welcome and greeted with great kindness. The restaurant is absolutely excellent, everything is delicious and the team will do everything to, once again, adapt to your desires and please you. From homemade breads to various dishes and desserts à la carte (or not!), Everything is a treat. The pool is very beautiful and very calm, it feels very good. The garden, the trees and the flowers are magnificent and you will sometimes come across a little rabbit who has taken up residence here! The spa is also very beautiful. In short, a haven of refinement and beauty. And it feels "right at home" there. I recommend!

In a magnificent park where calm resides, there is a swimming pool at the bottom of the garden, but first you have to go to the reception with a superb reception with luggage transport to our room with comfortable bedding. Explanation of the functioning of the equipment (nespresso, mini bar, safe and Tv) discovery of our room 2 tv one in the room the other in the bathroom, the bathroom with 2 sinks shower and bath with slipper bathtub and towel for the spa. In the spa there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, sensory shower you can change on site in the changing rooms with code lockers but before you have to put on your slippers to enter the SPA area For the meal which is located in the park, the reception is really warm the remarkable service the gourmet meal is excellent as is the wine. For lunch always in the park with a wide choice of both sweet and savory quality products and always excellent service. A pleasant stay with even a rabbit who does not move and watches the people at the spa. The main strengths of this place are the calm and pretty setting, the restaurant as much in taste as in service and the spa with full equipment and treatments offered in addition. I recommend this place.

We stayed in the junior suite (68). Wow !!! The photos on the website did not impress me, but this suite is exceptional with the added bonus of a Jacuzzi tub, a huge king size bed and a large terrace. Everything was perfect. The SPA is magnificent and has a space dedicated to massage, including a special room for couple treatments, divine moment! And what about the restaurant that charmed us with seasonal dishes, refined and full of finesse. A very beautiful table in a room with a new decoration which brings a touch of modernity well thought out. All of this revolves around a well-kept garden in which a little rabbit roams, which a priori has decided to live here ... and we understand that!

The lobster dish: wonderful.The service is very efficient.The hostess takes care of going to each table.What a pleasure to be able to drink and return quietly to the room on foot!What a surprise: the time we ate the room has been redone: bed, tea, bathrobes and dry towels!We were too tired to go back to the SPA ... too bad.Very good idea that it is open until 1am!Bedding .... a pleasure.The size of the bathtub too.Breakfast, like everything else, is a dream.My only regret: staying only one night.The 2 rabbits that wander are part of the decor ... keep them !!

A 5 * hotel and spa that we can only recommend both for the beauty of the place and for the quality of the suites, which are super comfortable, bright, spacious with its balcony and the bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. The welcome and the service nothing to complain about it is warm, professional, smiling without being obsequious. The restaurant is magnificent, the dishes served are of great finesse, working with noble and quality products. The sommelier knew how to advise us wonderfully. The spa is still just as fabulous, nothing like resting and relaxing as it should be, and that is without counting on massage treatments which are just as profitable for a dream stay.

I came to lunch in November after receiving the Gourmet lunch offer as a gift. The menu consists of a champagne aperitif with 3 dishes of your choice, dessert and water and coffee package. The menu was exquisite, tasty and original. The quantities were well proportioned. Each dish was tasty, worthy of a great restaurant. The service was professional. What a joy to see that the service still exists! Exceptional welcome from the receptionist, we were lucky to be upgraded to room 5 which is simply perfect. Dinner in the restaurant was an excellent experience, the mastery is on the plate and what about the service, discreet and yet so present. The codes are there, you don't feel forgotten for a moment. The Spa is also perfect, offering an indoor pool (in addition to the outdoor) open until 1 am, a joy :) We will come back, that's obvious.

The Auberge de Cassagne is a sublime hotel, the rooms are spacious and refined. The staff are lovely and very attentive ... Everything we ate at the restaurant was divine !!! You can go there with your eyes closed !!!

Very high level of services. Very professional personalized welcome. Very beautiful Spa Spacious Luxury Room, very well equipped with Italian shower and with very tasteful decoration. Special mention for the restaurant. A real treat and impeccable service. Very nice establishment. Well done.

Superb Moments, Luxurious room Divine meal with quality products. Idyllic setting where the SPA allows relaxation and rest. Wonderful welcome and great professionalism from the hotel and SPA teams. We highly recommend this establishment.

Very friendly hotel. nice room. The SPA is perfect with hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool against the current. The exterior must be magical in summer and very appreciable in this winter period. The staff make every effort to satisfy your every wish and this is very pleasant and deserves to be congratulated. Hotel to recommend therefore for a pleasure stay. (With pleasure of the table not to be missed!)

This place is an enchantment ... with my daughter we were able to relax in the SPA with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, swimming pool ... the atmosphere is a dream ... then we had the pleasure with the dishes of a great chef ... it was a dream ... and this bed ... in this room ... with its bathroom ... it was a dream ... my daughter and I had struggling to leave the place ... all the staff are lovely and attentive and quality professionals ... it was a dream ... Ho ... I forgot ... breakfast, a real delight ... This place will do you the greatest good, physically and morally ... as a family, as a couple, or alone, you will undoubtedly not be disappointed ... The services are up to their 5 stars. Thank you for this moment which I hope to repeat very soon ...
