A stunning bastide, your family home in Provence
Opening onto delightful flower-filled courtyards, the buildings, bordered by landscaped terraces, form a lush green setting where luxury, charm, and serenity reign supreme. Direct access to the rooms from the garden or via the internal staircases, a warm, personal welcome and chic, traditional décor, everything makes all our guests feel right at home. Making guests feel welcome is more than an art, it’s our way of life.
The restaurant, where gastronomy takes centre stage
The charming 6-bedroom hotel-restaurant that opened in 1969 has gone from strength to strength over the decades, making the Auberge de Cassagne one of the region’s leading gastro restaurants. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 1985. Chef Philippe Boucher, Maitre Cuisinier de France and a disciple of Paul Bocuse and Georges Blanc, alongside Anthony Iorio, Head Chef, and Maud Poli, Pastry Chef, continue to craft the fine cuisine that has made our gourmet restaurant one of the most sought-after in the region, combining exceptional expertise with excellent hospitality.
Luxury rooms and suites
Our hotel now boasts 36 rooms and 7 suites, all set in lush green grounds. Tastefully decorated in the traditional Provencal style, cunningly blended with the luxury of five-star hotels, they exude a sophisticated atmosphere, showcasing our expertise daily. With chic, practical furnishings, modern amenities, and thoughtfully laid-out spaces, each of our rooms and suites combines top-of-the-range comfort with traditional elegance.
Spa, swimming pool and wellness facilities to recharge your batteries
With over 500 m² of space, our spa and wellness area is open to all from 9 am to 1 am, and designed to pamper you fully. With its indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, massages, and treatments by wellness professionals, hydromassage beds and fitness room, the Auberge de Cassagne has exclusive facilities where you can enjoy the ultimate relaxation experience.
